Following the hugely successful Silver and Bronze medal winning +40 Men, the interest in the team and age group has grown so much that the decision was made to add a feeder team, nicknamed the GB Lions.

RAF Cranwell again played host to a joint training camp for the two teams that fully embrace the FIMBA GB ethos of having fun on and off the court.

The FIMBA GB +50 and +55 Men held their penultimate selection training session at the weekend, with some surprising results in the fitness and technical tests.

The FIMBA GB +35 Women were in Leicester at the weekend for their first camp of the 2024 season.

Swindon was the venue for the latest FIMBA GB +45 Men’s camp as the squad came back together and started their preparations for the European Championships in Italy, 2024.

The FIMBA GB +50 and 55 men travelled to Newcastle upon Tyne for a two day camp and games this weekend, as they prepare for the FIMBA 2024 European Championships. It gave a chance for several ballers from the North to attend and trial for both teams.

This weekend saw the FIMBA GB +55 women travel to the home of the Nottingham Wildcats to continue their work towards the FIMBA European Championships to be held in Italy in June 2024.

The FIMBA GB +40 Women were back on court at the weekend for a two day camp in Leicester.

The FIMBA GB +50 Women held Northern and Southern trials in the last two weekends of September to ensure all interested players had the opportunity to try out for the squad heading to Italy next summer.

The FIMBA GB O55’s had their first session back since competing in the ESBA European Masters in Portugal in June.
