FIMBA GB +70 Men and European Gold Medal winner, Tom Campbell received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the recent South Ayrshire Sports Awards.

The FIMBA GB +55 Men’s team is proud to announce the signing of two exceptional talents, Power Forward Donald Wasterfall and Forward Torsten Lauschmann, as they bolster their roster for the upcoming competitions.

On December 1st, 2024, the home of the Abingdon Eagles in Oxford became home of the FIMBA GB M50 and M55 teams as they held their final training session before squad selection for the highly anticipated 2025 FIMBA World Championships and 2025 Masters World Cup.

The +55 Women had their penultimate pre-selection training weekend on 9/10th November, kindly hosted by RAF Cranwell.

The first training weekend of the new campaign which took place in Leicester was designed with an emphasis on running through our offensive plays. This session acted as an introduction to our strategies for new players as well as a refresher for our returning players.

The +50 and +55 Men’s teams were back in Nottingham this week, turning back the clock with some impressive training sessions.

The second of two trials weekends this time taking place at The Forest School Sports Hall, Wokingham, brought together existing players from last season plus 6 new players new to the FIMBA GB +50 Women set up.

The FIMBA GB +55 Women met for their two day October training camp firstly at Northgate Sports Hall in Sleaford.

FIMBA GB have returned from the European Championships in Pesaro, Italy with 3 medals including their first ever European Gold from the +70 Men.
