Are you a passionate basketball player aged between 49 and 59? Do you dream of representing Great Britain on the world stage? The FIMBA GB team is looking for talented and dedicated players to join us at the upcoming FIMBA GB Combine.
If you’ve been inspired by Team GB’s incredible performances at the Olympics, there is an opportunity for all basketball players (aged from 35 years upwards) to experience a similar feeling, by representing FIMBA GB at next year’s World Championships in Ticino, Switzerland.
We are delighted to confirm that Darren Oakey has been appointed as Head Coach of the FIMBA GB +35 Women.
Whilst we are always looking for the best GB players to compete hard on the court, we are also always looking for committed individuals to help create the best experience off it as Team Managers.
With the European Championships now behind us, attention turns to the 17th FIMBA World Championships being held in Ticino, Switzerland in the summer of 2025.
