My reasons for choosing to partner and support this team is rather personally on many levels. I’ve been in these ladies shoes/ boots at a very young age playing at 13 for the 16’s GB team against the USA in Bury, Manchester. There was no funding or support then and it seems that even still after all the years not much has changed. With a very close friend and a new friend made in Sarah and Sam being selected I wanted to help and show my support. Not only to help them both and the rest of the team but to also help hopefully advertise the game and help get more playing within our local communities.
