PPE continue support for FIMBA GB

FIMBA GB are delighted to welcome back PPE as they continue their partnership with FIMBA GB, this season supporting the +40 Women’s team for their 2024 International Tournaments.

We are proud of our partnership with the FIMBA GB +40 Women’s team, which we hope will create a winning synergy on and off the court. There is an imbalance between male and female involvement in senior-level sport, where often women will face more obstacles in returning to sport later in life. Masters programmes like those run by FIMBA GB give a vital route back into competitive athletic activities, and it’s something we’re delighted to support. Special congratulations to our own Joanna Glowa as she once again represents Great Britain on the court, and best wishes to all the players taking part in this and all future tournaments.

Hynek Jakubicek – General Manager

PPE also supported FIMBA GB in 2022, helping the +35 Women at the European Championships in Malaga, Spain, where they won an Iron medal (4th place).

Thank you to PPE for again supporting our team, we’re excited to have them on board and look forward to doing them proud in our 2024 tournaments. It’s great that companies like PPE support and empower women’s sport.

Charlie Lauder – Captain
