As the coaches get closer to naming their final squads for the 2024 International tournaments, there is a big training weekend happening on 18th and 19th November across the country as numerous age groups come together for their penultimate camps of the year.
The action starts early Saturday morning in Leicester with the +35 Women, where Coach AJ will be able to get a good look at some of the newer players looking to join his team over the two day camp.
In Northampton, the silver medal winning +40 Men will be continuing their work to go one better this time around with two days of high-tempo basketball and drills to allow Coach Mac a clear picture of who will make his final cut Moving up the country to Sheffield, we have the inspirational +60, +65 and +70 Men enjoying a joint weekend camp and the equally impressive +60 and +65 Women will be getting one step closer to finalising their teams.
At RAF Cranwell, the +55 Women have their final selection weekend looking to improve on their iron medal win in Malaga and the action rounds off in Nottingham on Sunday where the +40 Women have their final chance to impress Coach Harrison and be selected for his teams going to the Masters World Cup in Croatia and FIMBA European Championships in Italy.
