Tarryn Algar, a member of the FIMBA GB +45 Men’s team were filmed by an ITV crew for the documentary “Fresh Cuts.”
The documentary, which is part of a series of untold stories from new directors for Black History Month 2022 follows two basketball players and their teams as they battle their way through the Ball Out 3×3 Tournament.
One of the UK’s most skilled freestylers, Tarryn is part of the successful Asphalt Assasins 3×3 team that has been ranked number one in the country and has worked with Basketball England on campaigns such as Streetball Challenge and #ProjectSwish. His abilities have seen him travel the world for TV adverts, freestyling and playing in major tournament such as the European Championships in Malaga, Spain, Jump10 in Shanghai, China and the RedBull World Finals in Toronto, Canada.
