We are looking to attract committed individuals as Team Managers for each of our age group teams to support our journey on and off the court.

General

  • Uphold the FIMBA GB Values
  • Understand the privilege of representing your country
  • Promote FIMBA GB
  • Collect player details
  • Order all kit
  • Attend bi-monthly Team Manager meeting (arranged by FIMBA GB)
  • Keep players and coaching team up to date with relevant FIMBA GB information
  • Provide team tournament plan for each season to the committee Collect and manage all monies
  • Be prepared to self-fund training and tournaments (although we are always adding more partners to support financially)

Training

  • Source, arrange and confirm training dates and venues at least 2 months in advance to FIMBA and team
  • Suggest accommodation and arrange evening meal for players (if weekend camp)
  • Take photos and videos at each training camp
  • Supply FIMBA GB Media team with images, report and quotes after every training camp
  • Ensure balls are available for training

Tournaments

  • Register team
  • Complete all necessary paperwork
  • Confirm accommodation (suggested by FIMBA GB)
  • Confirm transport to/from games (suggested by FIMBA GB)
  • Attend tournament briefing and collect all equipment
  • Keep players up to date with timings of games / events (as per FIMBA GB guidance)
  • Supply team list before every game
  • Deal with any admin issues or complaints during the tournament

In return, FIMBA GB will:-

  • Create a liaison between age groups to ensure a sense of belonging
  • Support you with all the relevent information and documents for your team
  • Create the the best on-court and off-court experience, ensuring you enjoy every moment of being part of FIMAB GB
  • Create a close community across the FIMBA GB age groups
  • Provide First Aid kits to your team
  • Provide a list of key contacts – Training venues, S&C Coaches, Physios & Nutritionist
