We are looking to attract the best coaches to join our successful teams and win medals at European and World Championships. We are very proud of our coaches, with a mix of highly decorated coaches, ex-players who have moved to coaching and younger members who are training to become national league coaches.

- Ensure every player knows what their role on the team will be
- Ensure cohesive play on court
- Clearly communicate the expectations of the team and targets
- Plan and lead the training sessions
- Motivate the players to compete and push themselves
- Have a clear process for team trials and selection
- Be prepared to self-fund training and tournaments (although we are always adding more partners to support financially)
In return, FIMBA GB will:-
- Create the the best on-court and off-court experience, ensuring you compete hard but have a lot of fun on the way
- Create a close community across the FIMBA GB age groups
- Give you the opportunity to train and play with other FIMBA organisations across the world
- Host an annual coaching clinic to share best practice
