Paul
Paul is a Sports and Exercise Scientist with 20 years of experience. He enjoys helping his clients with their strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation / prevention, nutrition and sports psychology. He has a passion for most sports including basketball and it brings him great joy when his clients’ work in the gym translates to the court, pitch or ring. Paul also teaches QiGong and does deep Tissue Massage which assists in his overall understanding of human physiology and optimal performance.
