After winning an Iron medal at the European Championships, the FIMBA GB +55 Women joined the +60 Women at the weekend, under the watchful eye of Coach Stu Coffey.
The two day camp took place in Huntingdon and saw a mix of players from both age groups take to the court and discussing learnings from the successful European Championships in Malaga and setting the conditions for success in the future. Coach Coffey went through lots of fundamentals to remind players of the need for good technique upon which to build and, on Day 2, they started to look some structured offences, encouraging on-court decision-making and the taking advantage of opportunities as they arise.
