RAF Cranwell again played host to a joint training camp for the two teams that fully embrace the FIMBA GB ethos of having fun on and off the court.
This camp was the start of the journey to the FIMBA European Championships in Italy next summer. With a consistent playing style between the two age groups and several players moving up from the +40/+45 women, the energy and enthusiasm was at a high throughout.
Combining the +50s and 55s this weekend really showed that the players have been keeping in game shape, as they trained together. The FIMBA GB values were demonstrated across the group, as coaches Mal and Stu introduced their skills and strategies for the two teams to compete well in Italy.
Everyone seems excited and is looking forward to the challenge in the coming months.
