The FIMBA GB +35 Men had their first training session since the team for the upcoming World Cup in Croatia was announced.
With only 5 weeks to go, this was the penultimate camp before the World Cup and with five new additions the squad received some much needed time to gel, bond and build on the new systems put in place.
After being pushed into an up tempo heavily structured learning session on the Saturday, the squad played a friendly against a well organised long standing squad on the Sunday.
The Character of the team shone through with impressive defence showing itself in spells and an unselfish attitude on offence. With more court time and the positive attitude and self belief growing, the Coaches and players are upbeat and looking forward to competing in future tournaments.
