The FIMBA GB Masters CIC Over 55 squad has now come together twice in Lincoln and the progress is clear.
The first weekend threw everything at us. Heavy rain flooded our usual facility and we had to switch venues with very little notice. Nobody complained. Everyone turned up, worked hard, and got on with it. On the Sunday we hosted the Lincolnshire Arrows Over 40s for three hours of short games. It was competitive, physical, and exactly the kind of test we needed. Both teams played it the right way and the spirit of the game was spot on.
This December session was another strong step forward. A full day on court, sharpening rules for international play, drilling sets, and then almost six quarters of live basketball.
