+35 FIMBA GB Men Train in February

The final +35 men’s session before squad selection took place in Eastleigh on Sunday, bringing together the core group alongside several exciting new faces. The energy in the gym was high from the outset, and the coaching team used the opportunity to push the group through a series of demanding conditioning-focused drills designed to reinforce the “up‑tempo” style that will define our identity in Athens this June.
Across the session, players demonstrated commitment, resilience, and a growing understanding of the systems that have been introduced throughout the cycle. With the strongest pool of talent we’ve had to date—supported by upcoming friendlies, tournaments, and consistent training blocks—the coaching staff are confident that the squad will continue to absorb, refine, and execute both the offensive and defensive frameworks that form our blueprint for international competition.
The aim is clear: arrive in Athens as a cohesive, competitive unit ready to represent Great Britain with pride, intensity, and purpose.
